Seur Terms of Use

Seur is provided by Seur. Contact seursupport@gmail.com for support, privacy requests or abuse reports. By creating an account or using Seur, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy at https://www.seurtravel.com/privacy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Using Seur
Seur helps you plan travel, organize records and memories, discover places and share selected content. You must meet the applicable minimum age in your country and be at least 13. Keep your sign-in credentials secure, provide accurate account information and notify us of unauthorized access. Do not impersonate anyone or access another person's account.
You may use Seur for lawful personal travel planning. Do not disrupt the service, circumvent access controls, scrape restricted content, misuse provider APIs, or use the service to harm others. We may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these terms, compromise security or create legal risk, subject to applicable law.
Your content and community conduct
You retain ownership of the photos, writing and other content you upload. You give us permission to store, process, reproduce and display that content as needed to operate Seur and follow your sharing instructions. This permission does not give us ownership of your content or permission to sell it. You must have the necessary rights and consent to upload or share material, including identifiable photos and other people's travel details.
Do not post illegal, exploitative, sexually explicit, hateful, threatening, harassing, fraudulent or infringing content. Do not share another person's private information without permission. Report harmful or infringing material through the available report control or by contacting support with enough information to identify the content. We may remove content or restrict access while investigating. Recipients may retain exported copies even after you revoke sharing.
Travel information, AI and reservations
Travel information, prices, schedules, maps, weather, place descriptions and AI suggestions can change or contain errors. Verify directly with the relevant provider before making decisions. Seur is not an emergency, navigation-safety, visa, medical or legal service. You are responsible for travel documents, entry requirements, insurance and your travel decisions.
AI assistance uses third-party processing with your permission. Responses are suggestions, not guarantees or confirmed arrangements. A saved itinerary, booking record or flight option does not create a reservation or ticket. A booking is confirmed only by the relevant provider. External providers set their own prices, availability, payment, cancellation, refund and privacy terms. Seur does not promise inventory, upgrades, refunds or supplier performance.
App access and third parties
The app is licensed, not sold. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to the app license: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Apple is not the provider of Seur's travel content or support. Third-party services, trademarks, images and data remain subject to their owners' rights. Do not remove required attribution or use third-party content beyond the permitted scope.
Paid features clearly state their price and terms before you buy. Seur Plus is described below.
Seur Plus
Seur is free to use. Seur Plus is an optional paid plan that adds features such as every flight alert, Live Activities, Concierge and the other AI features, trips planned with more than one other person, travel documents, trip budgets, hotel restaurants, more photo storage, more widgets and extra app icons. A free account can try a few AI requests once; after that, AI features are part of Seur Plus. The app shows what's included, and any limits, before you buy.
Plans and payment. Seur Plus is sold through Apple's App Store, either as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly, yearly, or a yearly Family plan) or as a Trip Pass, which lasts 30 days from purchase and does not renew. The price and length are shown before you buy, and payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
Renewal and cancellation. A subscription renews automatically for the same length unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on your device. If you cancel, Plus continues until the end of the period you've paid for.
Free trials. When a free trial is offered, its length and the price that follows are shown before you start it. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription begins and you're charged the price shown. A trial is available once, as Apple's rules allow, and any unused part of it ends if you buy another Seur Plus plan.
Family. With the Family plan, the person who buys it and up to five members of their Apple Family Sharing group each get Seur Plus on their own Seur account.
Your Seur account. Plus features that run on our servers, such as flight alerts and Concierge, need a free Seur account. A purchase is linked to the Seur account that's signed in when you buy or restore it, and to one Seur account at a time.
Refunds. Apple processes every purchase, so refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Complimentary Plus. We may give Seur Plus for a limited time, for example to accounts that existed when Seur Plus launched. It ends on the date shown in the app and never charges you.
Changes. We may change what Seur Plus includes, its limits or its prices. Price changes follow Apple's rules, including any notice or consent Apple requires before a new price applies to your renewal.
If Plus ends. Nothing you created is deleted. Your trips, plans, journal and photos stay in your account, and features and limits return to the free plan. For example, new photo uploads wait until there's room in the free storage.
Availability, deletion and responsibility
We work to keep Seur available and your content secure, but uninterrupted service or perfect accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Keep independent copies of important travel records. Sync requires connectivity. You can stop using the service and delete your account in Settings → Your account. Account deletion removes account-owned service data subject to the retention and independent-copy limitations in the Privacy Policy.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Seur is provided as available, without additional warranties, and we are not responsible for losses caused by third-party suppliers, inaccurate external information, interrupted connectivity or your misuse of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. We may update these terms with notice when required; the effective date identifies the current version.
Hotel dining and Google Maps
Submitting a dining correction or addition authorizes Seur to review and publish the approved restaurant information. A suggestion is not published automatically and does not create or cancel a reservation.
Use of Seur features that integrate Google Maps Platform is subject to the Google Terms of Service and the Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service, incorporated into these terms for those features. See also the Google Privacy Policy.
